The oldest members still active are Goraxe, Neyru and Depthor, followed by Vladamir Falcanary and then Tia. We have played those same characters in a number of Tabletop games and LARPs ever since they were created and so we have a real history together.

 

Add to this Carla and Rengard then Tilsburg, Grimble and Baranor and we have been through a lot together. Now when we play CotH we re-write our past adventures and place them in the context of the CotH semi Artherian-Historical setting. New members are being incorporated into our history all of the time and we welcome all unto the fold.

 

The result is we can speak in-character (IC) for hours on end without needing to slip into out-of-character (OOC) talk. When some of us talk on the forums people can get awfully confused because they are not sure what we are doing or talking about however we know each others pasts and so do not get confused. Most of us can jump from one version of ourselves to another at a seconds thought and we do not confuse them.

 

The CotH is all about Role-Playing over Rule-Playing.
