RE: ARCANIUM SOCIETY
The club was founded in 1780 by a group of gentleman adventurers who over the lengths of their lives had encountered many strange happenings, creatures and objects. This group sort to protect itself by pooling knowledge and providing a environment where people could share their tales without fear of ridicule or the doctors knife. The society has grown since then and we now have over one hundred and twenty members and at least a thousand friends of the Society all over the globe. The committee has changed little with some of the founding members still sitting on it we have faced various perils and have served our sovereign and government well on several difficult occasions. However after a recent jaunt into the occult lost us the lives of seven members one a founder and for the first time saw a creature from beyond the pale break the clubs wards and bring death home to us at the club it was decided a special projects committee should be set up to deal with such threats before they become a threat to us. In return for this our club will give us access to its library and resources as well as its backing and world wide contacts. Full member ship to the Society will also be forth coming as well as access to a good surgeon or psi healer if and when needed.
