DENGIE Larp
Greetings and well met,

As some of you are already aware a group of the HELM are off to the world of DENGIE LARP. The event is been held at Cherrywood Scout Camp Friday 30th to Monday the 2nd, although for an extra £5 some of us are going down Thursday to set our stuff up.
If you are interested in joining us please post here. Overall cost will work out at about £40.

Gary

Hi Guys, I should be going with TheVikingStore.co.uk.

I'd be most pleased if you want to bring some of your awesome factor, and come crush and conquer in the name of the helm.

Many thanks.

Max.

RE: DENGIE Larp
Hi Guys.

Thats excellent, I've already paid in advance sort of, so that should be fine.

Elsa should be comming down for two days I think, unfortunately she just doesn't have the endurance to do long days like us.

It'd be awesome to have you there Mick!

Since we're going as the Helm, if you want to stay in my tent Mick your more than welcome to, since its on the site already it saves you a load of un-necessary packing.

Vhal should be dusting off one of his older careers as he's been doing recently, and trading again Smile

RE: DENGIE Larp
Hi max and others

depending on the people who are attending we may be setting up the big elf tent as the main IC area and then either the other large tent or the big sleeping tent for all to use.

hope this sounds good to those looking to attend.

cheers

Paul

RE: DENGIE Larp
i'm sleeping with the beer so everyone else can sleep wear they like lol

Max was thinking you can use part of the big tent for you to set up your stock then you can easliy show the stock, we all set up the big tent and take it down so you don't have rto set up you tent unlest you want to. if there is enougth of us was thinking of seting up like the seven serpants with the back room as our private room and the front one as the shop/ guest invite room.

on a equipment note could players bring with them any IC lights/lamps that could be used in the tents. we have the tents, furs, wall hannings any banners are welcome "we or the helm shair in our heratage"

looking forawrd to the event.

cheers

RE: DENGIE Larp
you will need to either bring food or some extra money for food

i'm think we all throw a few pound in and get a load of soup and super noodles. any ideas on food let us know.

the cost of the event includes a banquet on the saturday night, we are looking to take bread and fruit for the lunchand have cereal in the container for breakfast. there is food on site for resanable price but we were looking at probaly doing a chippy run on the saturday night.

this should be a great weekend we all get to play rather than some of us having to ref

cheers paul

Hey guys, if anyone has some spare rags etc that could be used as bandages that they could bring along that would be great. Binding wounds without the phys reps is kind of hard! I am going to bring some of my own but, extras are always appreciated.
