Damon D. Roth
Damon Develin Roth

Damon was born the son of Gêm Roth, head of Clan Develin, a hill tribe of Vaagen that prided itself on its stonecraft that rivalled even that of the dwarves. On his 16th Summer Damon was put through the trials of adulthood. His particular clan’s trials involved entering the core system in the hills and not returning until he had slain a beast of worth in the depths, or found a jewel of some worth. At which point he could return and be granted his adult name.

Damon entered the caverns and spent, to his mind, just shy of a week before slaying a great Gemhoarder. Even as it lay, defeated and beheaded, it’s huge reptilian form remained huddled over its cache of gemstones that it’s magpie-like obsession forced it to make. Damon smiled as he realised he had earned himself both the trophy kill, and the jewels. Upon leaving and returning to his village he found it... Missing. The buildings, the statues, everything had simply vanished, leaving not even the rubble one would associate with an attack. Only one block of intrically carved stone remained. He examined it closer to reveal it as the Forgestone from the anvil in the town forge. Scorched deep into the rock in letters that still seemed to glow was a name. Warrun.

Finding nothing more than this glowing, yet strangely cool , stone he set off for other clans nearby to see if they knew of anything relating to the name, or his beloved clan, but none of the surrounding villages, even those that they used to trade with regularly, could even recall its existence. And as for the name. It seemed to mean even less to the clansmen. Confused and convinced of sorcery Damon set off for foreign lands carrying all the remains of his clan with him lest they disappear as well. These events took place 10 years ago and since then Damon D. Roth has travelled the lands looking for information on Warrun. On his journey he has accepted training from many different sources, seeking both magical and physical work in a hope to honour his clan’s memory. Including work with a peculiar individual by the name of “Deadmeat”, who, in payment for some menial work, tapped into the “inner magic” that Damon possessed. He is strong of mind and body. He is Vaagen. He is Earth.

RE: Damon D. Roth
the elements have been bountifull to him in his latest of days gifting him over and again with power, then taking it away and leaving barely a trickle of what once was. He had felt power gifted to him by the lords before but not as he does now its powerfull yes but controlled, maybe even focussed, yet he barely understood it. the power was hard for him to study on the return trip from the emerald isles but now he had time in albion to study and understand what had been gifted to him upon forming the new order. he returned to familliar ground to study what he could do and what should be done.
