Foulness Island

At dawn this morning a company of Black Dragon Knights , the elite of King Welf arrived at Foulness island with orders from King Welf to enforce law and order . They carried with them orders for Countess Adelaide to fully cooperate and have taken control of the Prison as their garrison headquaters . King Welf points out this is purely a safety precution
