PLAYERS: £20 Pre Book member, £25 On the Door Member
£25 Pre Book Non-member, £30 On the Door Non-Member (Remember Memebership is £10, and goes towards paying insurance and towards paying for the container to be on site). Please note we will accept cheques made out to Seaxe and Sorcery (you must write the word and not use &) up to two weeks before an event and you may also pay by pay pal. Remeber all meals are included in this cost.

SPECIAL: We still have a 20 man, Ten Compartment Tent. We will be using this as IC Rooms in the Tavern and they can be rented for £10 for the whole weekend. So if you wish to attend but do not want to bring your own tent you can rent a room for the weekend. Each compartment will fit two people plus bedding or one person plus bedding and kit. We will be supplying small pad locks for each compartment.

PLEASE NOTE: We will expect people renting a room to look after it so no smoking, no muddy boots or drinking in the actual compartments. This is well worth it if you come a long distence will be arriving late or travelling a great distence.

Other Items of Interest:

Build a Ship: Players are invited to build a IC ship, the ship judged to be the best e.g. had the most effort put into it will win a bonus 50 hours per crew member and a Bottle of Rum (sponsered by the bar) for the crew to share! There will be a see born adventure as well as Roth McTigglet will be leading a voyage to Atlantis or at least one of its old outposts!

Note: You may get wet for real on this voyage!

Fey Birthday Ritual: Rusty aslo known to the Fey as Sessa will be celebrating her birthday. If anyone wishes to present her with gifts or take part in her ritual please let me know in advance. There will also be a Banquet going on that evening. Now if you to have a birthday in Spetember and want it celbrated please feel free to let us know. However if you want something special we do expect you to contribute to the banquet!

Squire Banners and Ladies at Arms: Several of our young female mebers will be awarded their squire banners this weekend and several will be confirmed as Ladies at Arms. This will involve a dedicated Squire adventure and several tests of courage, strength, skill and wit! We will be making the awards either at the Banquet or after Rusty's ritual.

Please reserve me a compartment for the weekend if possible?

I've just found out that the Royal Opera House is having a costume sale on the Saturday and Sunday. It's at their workshop in Purfleet. I can see a small LARPer invasion happening.

When will time out be on the Sunday?

Well the limited amount of photos that I took Saturday eve at the event are now up in the gallery of the website.

Apologies that they are not the best - my compact camera is not great. I'm hoping the goblin friend camera man puts his up then lets me take a copy fir the website! (Any of you gobbos who know him please pass on that request, thanks! )
