Metro Wrote:James Black III, a young man whose family came into riches at the turn of the last century, was found dead last night outside the Electric Ballroom in Camden.
Black, 25, had been reported to have left the rock club at about 2:30am in the morning by eye witnesses. Girlfriend Jenny Hawkins, 25, said "I don't know why anyone would want James dead. he always got along with everyone he knew, and was such a kind and caring person."
Close friend and Met Police Detective who has been put in charge of the case, Damien Bennet, confirmed that the dental records and fingerprints matched, and that the death was caused by multiple stab wounds in the back of the head.
"Any and all witnesses are encouraged to bring forward anything they may know about the stabbings." Bennet, 28, said. "This is a serious crime that the Met Police will not stand for, and I for one will not rest until the person responsible is behind bars."
James Black I, Black's grandfather, refused to comment on the situation.
Shares in the Black family trust have been reported to have spiked downwards 5% in the last week, though police have disregarded this as coincidence.
