Subject: Elven City Destroyed
To my fellow Arcanium Society members, tragic news has befallen London and, indeed, the world. The Elven city located below London has been destroyed in a genocidal attack by the Knights of Purity. What was once an immense community of 100,000 Elves has been reduced to only double digits.
At this point I send my sincerest condolences to Val for the loss of his kin.
This is, however, not the worst news I bring. I have been reading reports on the incident (which, I might add is restricted and took considerable time getting into), I have attached the relevant news article to this email.
I attempted to help in the defense of the city with Adrian Tamsworth, a skilled Pyrokinetic of our club. He has also been killed, cut in half by a Knights of Purity commander. Do not ask me how I knew the whereabouts or how I knew about the attack on these channels, we already know about Lord Archon and they may have eyes and ears on this email too. I will tell you all in person.
The Knights of Purity seem to have a major edge on us. It seems we are outgunned on this one with our options rapidly depleting. I suggest we think of something quick.

Attachment Wrote:Tremors were felt in London today before a blast of fire erupt from underground in Peckham, South East London. After investigation of the site, we found what looked like the Paladin running away from the scene and a large crowd of pointed eared civilians were seen around the area of the explosion.
Attempts at arresting these "things" failed, either by being outrunned or some kind of trickery that allowed them to escape being shackled. This report has been handed to the government and a bill, we have been told, is in discussion to be passed down to form a new, governmental sect to police and combat these strange creatures.
More as it is discussed.
