Evening all,

This is the 'campaign' I'll be running while Dave's game finishes up. (6weeks?)

So far the people playing are:

Alex
Darius (after working out he's there next week and should be able to come every other week)
Faizel
Josh
Malcolm
Rob
Tom

All character's are pre-gens. Since I'm allowing any book (No Darius, NO IMBA - Bad thoughts, very bad) and I have all (or at least can get access to all) of them.

We will be using miniatures coutesy of Alex and I should have enough dice for everyone to use.

Due to work it's unlikely that I'll arrive until 9ish on Mondays so Rob will be running a card game of some description while everyone waits (thank you)

I have a blurb type thing written up, as soon as I can get an internet connection set up on my laptop I will be putting it on here. (Hmmm, steal Darius' internet when I take his laptop back you say?)

The only thing that won't be done is buying all your equipment. I know one or two people have already told me roughly what they want (yes Josh, you are getting a nice shiny sword) but other than that it will be up to you.

If you have any questions please put them on this thread rather than sending me a pm. It's a lot easier when reading on a iPhone. I'd also like to hear any suggestions.

Other than that, I'm looking forward to GMing for you all.

I'd love to join your game but I have kickboxing mondays and it's a long distance for me to travel - hence the reason I run games on weekends, lol. Real shame, I have a new DnD character idea I want to try out

Cyan - Fighter/Rogue
Darius - Psionic thing
Faizel - Barbarian
Josh - Ranger
Malcolm - Barbarian (not there yet)
Rob - Shaman (not there yet - we're assuming Spirit Shaman and hoping we're right on this one)
Sarah - Rogue (thing)
Tom - Rogue (not there yet)

I believe that's everyone.

Tonight we do not have Darius (night shift) or Sarah (holiday) so they will be cardboard cut outs until their return. Depending on who else is there I also need to figure out how to introduce 3 more characters.

I'm not sure if anyone will read this before tonight but if people want to set up the tables then we will probably need 4 and possible some extra floor space.

I would like to offer my profuse apologies that I couldn't attend last Monday. I would also like to apologise that I couldn't get in contact with anyone to let them know. Unfortunately, everyone we tried to call, the phone went through to voicemail. However, I am trying to find a way of letting everyone know so this doesn't happen again.

At the moment it involves a guitar amp, foam, some cables, latex, some long distance radios, and a load of duct tape. Though I may be making things to complicated for myself. A phone number for the hall (if there is one) or more phone numbers of other people could work just as well.

Room for one more? I've got a hankering to blast out some arcane magic in a d20 right now...

The map uncovered so far

It is unlikely I will be able to attend tomorrow night. It is Paul's birthday on Tuesday but as mum has to work then we are having a special meal on the Monday instead. As I don't know what time we will be starting or finishing, please assume that my game will not be running. I apologise for the short notice, I was literally only told about 2 minutes ago.

To all those who were unable, to attend, last game and a quick brief summary of what has happened.

The team have defeated, twenty or so goblins. We have successful saved and elven, maiden from the dark grasp of orcish scum.
New blood has been spilt, as the party succesful slaughtered, an orc enclave, including witch doctor, shaman, and cheiftan.

Now for the sad part, while a brave team of adventurers fought of this orc enclave, our lone half-orc barbarian, wandered off straight into the busy kitchen, of 30 goblin commoners, unfortunately, the mighty commoners where too much for our brave barbarian and the sheer numbers of them beat him to a bloody mess. May your soul be at peace.

That abouts raps last couple of weeks games.

But the discovery of the enclave was one of the best parts. You know, the knight shoving the ranger through the door!

There were actually 40 non-combatants. He killed 7 of them before he was thrown into the cooking pot. . . .
