Who are these Children of Navvdak, und why are the Mhainites so scared of them?
I have heard that the Kingdom of Britannia now accepts all religions, even those religions whose followers should be tied to a stake und burned, so why have not heard of this cult und why has it been hiding?

So no one has any information regarding this cult? Despite rumours stating that they are recruiting malcontents of certain races und attacking citizens of the Kingdom? Interesting, I would have thought someone would have taken un interest in this, some paper pushing bureaucrat or members of the militia or guard. It would seem that either the rumours are not taken seriously or those who should have taken un interest are incompetent.

I slew two of them the other night,
They where harassing my maid Matilda when I asked them to be of they descided to turn on the both of us, they dealt Matilda's a blow and then cam at me with staves! I cast sleep on one and hit the other with my staff.
Well the one I cast sleep on hit his head on the way down and the one who I hit with the staff was more frail than I first thought. Well in any case one turned out to be Matlilda's cousin and the other a Brohn Nobles stable lad from Highwell. matilda is a clanless kaldron turned Esi.
All I can tell you is that they wore black tunics and upon their very skins wore a hand shaped burn above where their hearts would be. As a Mhainite I can reveal that Navvdak is a Mhainite boggyman a creature used by adults to scare kids into doing as they are told.
I believe that there is some basis in believing Navvdak is a demon of some kind or spirit perhaps borne of or fed by this Mhainite belief.

Unfortunately, neither myself or my Love are aware of these current circomstances, but it appears they are not only inflicting as such on the Mhainites.
Elsa, my perceptive dearest has noticed it appears to almost be attacks on all Humanoid life forms of importance in Britannia (and not necessarily Humanoid, but more rather those of human like form). She doesn't speak Common very well, so I speak on her behalf.
What ever these attacks are, my friends, it appears this might be on the basis of those which inhabit Britannia (Human Noble houses and racial casts, elves, Dwarves, Fae etc).
None the less, I am over joyed to hear Troy Addius that you are well and safe, please do keep your strong wits about you oh learned one of Britannia, and of course, please do not be afraid to ask for my aid. I know you'll politely decline, as we both know you are more than capable of looking after ones own self, but I can't help but shed a little worry.

I have begun to investigate this group and have found some little bits out, details I will not pass on here, only fools speak secrets on the open laylines. I shall contact you both privately and pass on the details that I have discovered.
Herr Addius, it is heartening to hear that you were able to defend your bondswoman, it does credit to a man when he is able to protect the things he owns. It does not surprise me that the Mhainites require a bogeyman to keep their children in line, rather than allowing them to see the truth of this world.
Asvhaldr, while we have not met I have heard of your exploits und look forward to our meeting. If all I have heard about you is true it should be an interesting event und I feel we shall have much to discuss.

I always enjoy it when an unknown outsider tells me I am not doing my job, so many thanks Bruder. Some of us do not see the need to broadcast our actions or concerns, we just get on with things.
However, as we have a confirmed attack I feel it is appropriate to make the following declaration: The Children of Navvdak is a prohibitted cult, membership will be treated as treason and followers will be prosecuted accordingly. Any members captured or their bodies are to be handed over directly to the Inquistion.

Greetings Bruder, and indeed all other people worried about the Navvdak's doings.
I bring unsettling news, some of which I think is new and quite possibly important! My mercs have been gossiping around their camp-fires and tales passed around and when some of it reached my ears I took time out of planning the trip to Ireland to gather as much information as possible.
The Recruiters are targeting the under 30s. Only apprentice or pre-apprentice (those with a race but no guild) folks, and even then they prefer people not in a guild who are clan-less, house-less, children of criminals, dispossessed folks, people who are angry with their guilds and non-nobles.
They are completely avoiding half-breeds and non-humans. I'd say they are quite xenophobic towards other races.
Their hook seems to be to promise change, empowerment and their ultimate goal is a 30 year campaign to kill over 30's. Which would then leave the "pure Navvdak children" to inherit the world.
Now the interesting thing is that all the recruiters are themselves under 30 and newly recruited themselves. We are talking cells of new recruits blindly recruiting in their turn. So who did the initial recruiting? Surely the power behind this is old enough to themselves be culled by their recruits!?
As I believe is already known, they use no magic, heft only wooden clubs and wear blue tunics and simple shoes or sandals in all weather. Hardy and foolhardy all in one.
As we know the Mhainites have very strong reactions towards this cult, but again the whispers have been heard and I have, I think, quite a vital piece of information! I do not think it of harm to mention this on leyline as if it be known generally as well as locally it may only help? It seems that Navvdak has a penchant for invoking, causing, and sending a plague of Rats unto those who do not capitulate. He (she/it/whatever) then enters into things and says he can eradicate the rat problem, if only the people will pay with all of their children under 30, and the younger the better!
If they do not pay he makes the plague worse until they agree and then the children are gone and so is Navvdak and sometimes even the rats!
It would also seem that he may have the power to influence people to hurt or kill themselves in the lead up to persuading them to capitulate, but this is a rumour I've not been able to substantiate. Oh, and he leads the children into the nearest large mass of water saying "Come my heirs, come with me to your future."
So, erm, I can quite understand why the Mhainites are freaked out and scared by Navvdak! Obviously I expect some of the rumour to be only loosely based on the true, but within every rumour lies a grain of truth. I shall elect to allow others, wiser than me, to discern which is which.

You may be an outsider but you have concerns about things within our country and the world in greater general, and you may well be known by those higher, and more knowledgeable than myself. Therefore I look to what you say and tolerate you, rather than vent my anger.
Please, be so kind as to tell me what of the above information constitutes a danger? What is there i have said that the enemy does not already know?
I am sure that the recruits and recruiters Know who is being recruited, where from and by whom. And who they attack.
I am sure they know that in general they have no magic, and wear robes and sandals.
I am sure the enemy is aware of the stories, rumours and histories surrounding their cult. And if they are not then it might open a few of their eyes and they might come back to us or aid us from within.
I am sure the fellow, going by the name of Navvdak has full awareness of all of these too, and that he knows his followers know and I am fairly certain he knows that we are somewhat blind to his intentions. Well, IF he should have access to this leyline it also does not hurt for him to know that we are on to him.
Also, should anything more important some up, say something as important as his whereabouts, his weaknesses, his plans etc come to anyone's attention I am fairly certain that they would not shout it out on a public leyline but instead contact someone privately. I am Certain that I would be one of the ones who conducted those messages privately.
So, I am curious to know what information and gems of wisdom you yourself have found out about Navvdak and his followers. They will no doubt help solve this riddle within the week! Please message me privately with this knowledge and I shall then talk to the other people who need to know and get something done.

The danger is simple now you have told the enemy what we know and in your case what you don't know. So rather than keep them guessing they can plan their actions accordingly. I would have thought even a child or a Kaldon would have worked that out.

I think you will find, actually Bruder, that your own very initial question regarding this problem shows your general ignorance on the subject. And the fact that you made this query on a possibly open leyline, inviting a response on the same shows your willingness for answers to be given openly.
I do not believe public bickering between allies to be at all helpful so i will say no further on this matter in open discussion.
