Greetings and well met,

At present I am finding it hard to meet the deadlines for paying the rent on the Hall. Players know that the first Monday of the Month is when we collect the funds yet people keep on turning up each week without funds which we cannot afford to let happen. Some of you are now a month behind in subs and some of you are comming close to been two months behind.

This puts the club in jepardy. If you can afford money to buy fags or takeaway to feed yourselves on please try and make sure you pay your subs first.

I am the one who has to deal with the hall people and it is I who have to use LARP money to pay the difference for Table Top nights and then hope you will pay up. Money is tight I appreciate that but we still need to pay for the hall.

If you cannot pay monthly then please pay weekly £2 a night per person.

Hey Gary.

I know you initially said you did not want this but would a Paypal SUBSCRIPTION button on the website work for you? I can do two - one for £2 a week and one for £7.50 a month if you would like? Would anyone actually use this facility if we decided to put it up?

A £2 button would not be worth it - but a monthly subscription might. I'm more likely to have the change on me and pay on the night for the £2. To be honest I wouldn't use the subscription button either.
