Today the Black Dragon standard was raised above the Eastgate Castle. Those who have seen say that the chest of the drake has a red V emblazoned upon it

The Duke is said to have his own private Druid. No one has seen this Druid though it is said his name is Sykketal. Sykketal is said to have a room in Western Tower. He has a dedicated serving staff, though no one knows who is on this staff. The Duke visits Sykketal daily, again some claim this strange since the Duke is rumoured to be in a rage against the Druids Guild due to some perceived slight.

The new Duke has found a absolute mess in Vasildon, there are many factions all of which are more interested in their own interests and are failing to co-operate or aid the the poorer people in society. This once noble city has fallen on hard times. many believe that their new ruler will fail them like so many others.

there has been an outbreak of plague in Vasildon . almost everyone is infected including the new duke . the entire city has been put under quarrantine

Two men in dark robes have once more been seen in Vasildom, they have been seen near the east wall and have so far avoided capture by the local militia and watch members. They seem to be skilled rogues as well as talented magic users. Some say it is they who have brought plague to the city.

The Duke of Vaslidon seeks to quell rumours about plague in his city, which he has stated is not infected. However the people are of two minds some stating he does not care because he is immune to such things and the others blamming the local goblins and hobgoblins for been the carers of the disease. Rat catchers mean while and bounty hunters willing to take out bountuies on goblins are doing a roaring trade.

The Duke is rumoured to have found information relating to the recent disappearances. He is said to have sent a small group of men to Braintree where he believes the source of the problem is located.

Around the area of Cray's Hill there was a camp. It had a group of riders in it and, various people were gathering to it. It is rumoured that a group of rangers were training there with the Vaagen ranger Wolfbeard.

This morning the camp near Cray's Hill had disappeared. Wolfbeard and the Rangers have vanished. The group of riders were seen later travelling eastward.

The undead have been seen in great numbers stalking the fog shrouded streets of Vasildon after dark

Several people in the city have been arrested by the Duke's men. It is suspected to do with the recent plague outbreak.

Four men in the village of Nevendon were arrested by outrider's. They were arrested on the orders of Wolfbeard, it's been said they are connected to the recent plague outbreak.

In a camp between the Village of Nevendon and the Town of Wickford two men were being questioned by Wolfbeard. It is said he had hung them over a pit with four hungry wolf like creatures in it. He was shouting "who gave the order" at them as he was slowly cutting te ropes.

Some of the smaller hamlets on the southern outskirts of Vasildon have reported a band of horsemen trotting past on the road to the coast. Due to the encroaching darkness and the road being dry and dusty all they made out were glints of silver off mail and swords and bridle-parts.

It is said in the Vaagen areas of cities, towns and villages that Wolfbeard has put out a call to fellow Vaagens. He is recruiting warriors, rangers and like to several new units

Rumour has it that the province has been visited by a ghostly vision of Paladin As'Vhal'dr but later followed only hours later by the entrance of Vhal re-entering the city by Elven Chariot.
