Well let’s start when he was just a kid. His mother knew that he was special when at the age of 7 decided that it would be a smart idea to stitch a rat on to his older brother’s face. Lets say it didn’t go to well. After suffering a tremendous beating from his father and brother his parents sent him away to stay at the Church of Light and there he stayed. Believing that Kadaj was a chosen one and that he would help cure the world of disease and death. They taught him the basics of medicine. But what they didn't know was that Kadaj was plotting and planning and experimenting. While at day he showed that he was skilled in healing at night he experimented.
He stole the pets of other children and the medical supplies and started to create a perfect creature one that could do all but he failed.
But while at the church he met a man who believed Kadaj was much more gifted then they thought and presented him with, books, these books showed the way of the flesh, how to improve the body how to make yourself better. After looking at this book Kadaj worked on these ideas tried it on more pets until he was caught. Severely punished and beaten Kadaj had to stay longer for his rehabilitation. So they worked on him even more.
Once they believed that Kadaj was cured they let him away disappointed that he did not stay to continue on as a clergy member due to the fact he was so adept to the understanding of medicine. So at the age of ten they sent him back home. His mother was pleased but his father still had an eye on him. That night though it all changed. Kadaj during the middle of the night snuck down from his room and notice that his father was leaving the house. So Kadaj followed with his bag in hand. He followed his father to another women’s house and what Kadaj saw there filled him with anger and hatred. His father was having an affair. So while his father was in the act, he broke in to the house and with his new found knowledge put them to sleep.
When they both woke up the both were still in the bed but gagged and tied down. Kadaj appeared and his father was filled with dread as he saw in Kadaj's eyes the look that he gets when he was playing with the rats. Kadaj lent over his father and spoke. "Oh father you had to ruin this didn't you our family was so happy, mother loved you but you didn't did you, you love this, this, (and as he said this something clicked inside his head) this specimen. I now see father why you prefer this one to mother she is much more beautiful and genetically better and attractive". His father gaining a piece of hope in his eyes thinking that his son might be willing to let him live, but then Kadaj out of his bag drew out a scalpel, and the dread reappeared, all this time the women was squirming and trying to scream. "So father as you two are such a perfect pair how about I make you together, PERMANTELY". With an smiling face Kadaj committed the greatest horror a person could imagine he mutilated both his father and the women and stitched them both together using bones from both bodies and different parts and created an abomination, 1 corpse made from 2 bodies. Pleased with what he created he dressed it up and held it up in a corner and made it stood in place.
Happy with what he believed to be beautiful ran back home and awoke up his mother and brother and told them to follow him to the most beautiful thing that he had ever seen and that he had made it. His mother intrigued by the fact that something so beautiful was good enough to be woken up for followed her son, his brother followed along bewildered and suspicious of his little brother followed.

"She’s not happy neither is he, they knew about this they were working together they don’t love me, they don't like me, the despise me. Everything I've done for them, the art I've made for her the improvements I offered him they don't love me they are jealous, because I’m better. THEY MUST PAY THEY MUST DIE." Rising from his knees Kadaj stood up his brother turning and yelling. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE YOU LITTLE BRAT YOUR GONNA PAY FOR THIS." Raising his hand to Kadaj preparing to hit him, Kadaj drew his scalpel and with one swift movement sliced his brothers throat.. His mother screaming at the site of his brother bleeding, Kadaj repeatedly stabs his mother. He pulls out his bone saw and removes her head a looks at the head and kisses it. "I love you mother". He then gets his newly created corpse and removes the head of the combination of father and lover and replaces it with his mother. He then drags the body out and burns the house to the ground and leaves town.
From that day forth Kadaj carried on practicing his art, he was able to successfully replace his hand, and he carries on his research to improve the human body. He is still thinking and plotting to make life better.
