Ah greetings and well met fellow citizens of the Kingdom of Britannia, greetings and well met indeed. For those of you who do not know me I am Troy Addius the most powerful ritualist the Kingdom of Albion has ever seen. Truth be told thats not difficult considering the general lack of ritual training which has previously been given in this kingdom. However the mages guild of which I am proud to be a member is changing that so I look forward to recieving more tuition fees from you all in the future.
Now to my original point. It would seem that in the spring which according to my calculations and the fact that the first snow drops have been sighted in the Kingdom of Essex we are about to go and make war on the Blood Empire in The Emerald Isles. I was wondering a) What do we really know about our enemy and b) what do we really know about the Emerald Isle. We do know some things and other things are quite hazy. Then we also have this disterbing ability to keep on hiding knowledge from each other.
So I thought we could post here in the following fasion:
General Opinions: e.g I will be there and what I feel I can bring to the mission and event, who is bringing guild tents (e.g. guild leaders get of your backsides and start providing places for your guild to meet), who has what items or missions they feel would benifit or could add to our accomplishments in the Emerald Isles. For example Nyern, Vhal and Shaylen do you not have to all go speak to Carla High Dryad of the Emerald Tree?
Information on the Blood Empire: We former Mhainites and members of the Empire should be of great help here. We could post what we know about the Blood empires fighting style, its troop types, what races make up the Empires forces etc
Information on the Emerald Island: What do we know of the different races, kingdoms, magics and history of this most magical island?
By doing this we could I am in no doubt aid both our King and ourselves in this endeavour? Please begin posting and let us see what we know.

I believe we have dealt with or begun dealing with the situation with regards Carla and the Millenium Seed as we met her last year if my memory serves me well.
However - I will be very hesitant in dealing, or helping Tasmina and her followers - EVER - again.

It is great to speak with you once again.
I have very little experience of the Emerald Isle or of The Blood Empire to bring to the table as such. So any news or info that others possess would be much appreciated.
If it is deemed viable, I would be honoured to be able carry out a recce mission. I should be able to procure some small trading vessels to transport a party of rangers and kingdom spies. As you know eyes on the ground is key to any campaign in a foreign land.
The landing site for any force from the kingdom needs to be found and surveyed. On a personal side, this would allow me to develop a new skill and interest of mine, that of Cartography.

I agree knowledge of terrain and the enemy is vital for any campaign. I had not realised such knowledge was missing, which is troubling. My understanding was that we had campaigned within the Emerald Isle previously, surely some must remember what they encountered there?
I shall make it my business to find out as much as I can regarding our enemy. As for island itself, could I suggest someone, apparently other than the Paladin, seek council with Lady Tasmina and her followers?
I regret that I have not been of further assistance at this time. My Liege willing, I shall lend my aid as willing as my Vaagan brothers.

Greetings Old Boy,
well Troy, its good to hear from you once again, do you remember that time with the astral squid! Your hat really did serve a purpose that day!. Well, I can add that I shall be in attendence, or I was in attendence, I'm not sure at the moment to be honest, its all a bit squiffy. Anyway, I know that city of the summer lady of the sidhe tends to cross over into our world on the emerald isle in summer time, but with the flow of magic being disturbed as it is in the emerald isles that is under threat. She is an ally... well sort of an ally.... well at least she is not an enemy and tends to favour us over our oppenents since we as a kingdom have a better relationship with our land's spirits. Anyway, she, or some of her representatives might be able to sense through the land itself the disposition of enemy forces, if she is willing to help us of course. she might be in one of her moods again. the summer lady is after all rather...touchy...shall we say.
Whats more, the emerald isles are awake in a way that I have rarely felt before, the and is almost sentient and has a will of its own. That and its magical nodes and crystal caves are all linked into the ley lines and if they are damaged or corrupted it poses a significant risk for the flow of magic throughout Britannia.
I feel that there is an opportunity for recovering one of the missing swords if we are willing to take it, or at least take the first steps towards doing so. That is my own personal task at the moment for the kingdom. All though I do of course have some other duties...elsewhere.
Hmm....where was I... oh yes, the empire. unfortunatly old boy I know very little about the empire as I was whisked away from there when I was only small. But I've fought them and know some of their prefered combat techniques, especially when it comes to magic. They are of course very resistent to most magical attacks and whilst they have almost no mages they do have very strong ritualists and demonologists. And their priests are powerful.
I feel that we should also be concerned about the black pharoah, he still has a grudge against us and is known to help support the blood empire. Is he still around, I find it difficult to keep track.
if there is anything more I think of i will let you know, otherwise just ask and i'll try my best, for king and country.
