The website Payments page has been updated so you may now pay for any of the Pre-Payment options in advance of the event. This payment scheme uses Paypal. If you do not have the means to pay via the website then you may also cross Gary or Keri's palms with notes or a cheque at any point before the event. (If paying by cheque please pay no later than one-week prior to the event!) Please feel free to ask questions here or in the CotH OOC area. Thank you all. Stand Up & Deliver! (2011) |

This Saturday Darren is running an event in his local area called "Stand Up & Deliver! 2011" in aid of Cancer Research and the NSPCC. The event will consist of several comedy acts, and even he will brave his stage fright to give it a go. The event will be held at the County Arms Pub, upstairs in the Function Room (The address is 420 Hale End Road, Highams Park, London E4 9PB) between 8pm and (roughly) 11pm. Tickets will be £5, there will be a raffle to win a personalised pop art and all proceeds will go to charity. Calendar Revamp!
Greetings everyone.
The old calendar was a pain to use, edit and update (and I was the only one who who edit it) and it was stored off-site meaning loading times were rubbish.
I have now revamped it! It now uses jEvents which is 100% better, is built into the site (so quick) has a Lot more functions available and anyone with a site log-in can add/edit/delete entries!
Please go to the Calendar menu item in the Resources menu. There is also a "Calendar Events at a glance" section at the top of the main page now so a quick glance will tell you what the next Seaxe meeting is!

New Gallery Area!
Greetings all! :)
Recently I added a plethora of photographs onto the site, but on individual pages. this was because my favoured photo plugin did not yet have the ability to use folders. That has now changed!
So, masses of thumbnails on each page has gone, A "Gallery" link has appeared in the Resources menu, and that page is divided into relevant sections.

2011 Payments Now Available!
Greetings All. You will hopefully be pleased to know that the payment area of the website has been updated to include 2011's events.
You can now take advantage of the Special Pre-Pay option which gives you membership for 2011 as well as entry to the three H.M.S. events, all for just £55! (This does not include the Company of the Helm week-long event or the November special)

Shadows & Sorcery One-Day event: A Fist Full of Gems.
Saturday March 5th at Laindon Hills
Harken thee lovers of tough roleplay, not for the feint-hearted or squeamish!
Shadows and Sorcery is our High-Octane, Adults only, Live Action Role Play game. It has been on the back-burner for far too long and this year Seaxe aims to focus on it with numerous one-day adventures.
The first is almost upon us and will happen at Laindon Hills (Essex near Basildon) on Saturday 5th March.
To play will cost £3, to monster (we need 10 people!) is free.

Emergency General Meeting
Dear Members, On Monday we need to hold a Emergency General Meeting to discuss three very important changes to the rules that govern Seaxe & Sorcery. I realise that this is coming at short notice but it is important and we could not think of another time to get everyone together before MCM and the Yule Banquet. Both of these events will be effected by the new rules. At present the Agenda looks as follows: 1. Welcome By Chairman 2. Introduction to Committee 3. Equal opportunities 4. Child Protection 5. Health and Safety 6. The Legal Ramifications of Gossip and Slander 7. A.O.B If you wish anything else added to the agenda please let me know by Friday this week. I am sorry if this disrupts anyone's gaming or normal time table however I do expect as many of you to attend as possible. This will give you an opportunity to ask questions and have your say.
